Policies

Over-runs and Under-runs:  In some cases there are product over-runs. This is usually a 5% variance in either direction and will bill according to the quantity shipped.

Cancellation Charge:  Orders cannot be cancelled without our approval, and must be cancelled in writing. Costs incurred to the date of the cancellation will be invoiced, with a minimum charge of $50 per item.

Shipping: Title to the goods passes upon release to the carrier. Claims for breakage, errors and delays must be filed within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Pricing:  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Rush Orders:  If rush is indicated on an order it is the responsibility of the buyer to assume the risks. Although we will make every attempt necessary to have orders arrive at the requested date there are some situations that may be beyond our control.
